By accessing or using HiveMoney, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Data & Content

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to HiveMoney. By using the service, you grant HiveMoney a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

6. AI Services

HiveMoney AI features provide decision support only. AI-generated recommendations are not guarantees of outcomes. Users are responsible for their own decisions regarding hive management, business operations, and health assessments.

7. Limitation of Liability

HiveMoney is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
