Account Deletion
You have the right to permanently delete your HiveMoney account and all associated data.
What happens when you delete your account
- All hive records, inspection data, and photos are permanently deleted.
- All financial records, customer data, and vendor data are permanently deleted.
- All sensor data and configuration are permanently deleted.
- Your account credentials are removed from the authentication system.
- This action cannot be undone.
Before you delete
- Export your data first. You can export hive records and financial data from your account settings.
- Cancel any active subscription before requesting deletion.
- Account deletion is processed within 30 days of the request.
How to request deletion
You can request account deletion from within the HiveMoney application under Account Settings, or by contacting our support team.
